Shadyside Family Looking For Another Set Of Hands

We have 3 active kids and two working parents and since we haven't been able to clone ourselves yet, we need someone who can help us pick up the children from school, drive them to their various games and practices, and help keep the house organized and our to do list checked off. Hours vary, but during the school year you'd average 25-30 hours / week (typically 2-7 p.m. with some flexibility on both ends). During the summer, hours differ depending on camp schedules and travel plans. We are looking for someone long term with ties to Pittsburgh and who has experience working with busy families with older children.
