We are expecting twins in June 2024 and will need care for them at about 3 months old. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a routine with the babies, has experience with newborns (possibly even twins), and is willing to form a comfortable relationship with our nervous dog, Winnie. These are our first children, so you won't be navigating other little ones. Dad works from home full time and will be around the house most days, but may be unavailable during meetings. Mom's work is hybrid and she will likely not be around most days you are providing care. Our house has stairs to enter and is two floors, so any mobility challenges would need to be discussed. We plan to breastfeed and pump. We're open to any questions you have!
