Permanent Babysitter 4 Days A Week

Looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and kind sitter for my two young kids (3 and 6 months). I need someone who follows gentle parenting structures and does not use physical discipline. Must be comfortable with bottle feeding & baby led weaning. Looking for someone who is CPR certified, has all clearances, and has 2-3 references. I will need 4 days a week covered- Monday 7:15-5:30, Thursday 7:15-6:30, Friday 9:15-6:30 and Saturday 7:15-3:30 My son loves playing with cars, coloring, and reading books. We have one dog, Millie, a golden retriever. She is extremely laid back
