Part-time Nanny For Active Toddler-flexibile Start Date

We recently moved from Texas. My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry. We are looking for someone to have a somewhat flexible schedule with leave time. We are looking for someone for about 15 scheduled hours a week plus an additional 3-5 hours here and there. Our son is 22 months. He is very active and curious, however he has not begun speaking just yet. We are in the process of trying to set up EI. Experience with nonverbal toddlers is a plus. Fluency is not required but we would prefer someone that can speak Spanish or is comfortable learning and using some Spanish. You would not need to drive him anywhere but we would like someone that is comfortable taking him to the park, going on walks, small grocery store runs. We would prefer someone looking for a long term fit, at least the next year.
