We're first-time parents - my husband is a fellow at Jefferson and I commute 1-2x/week to NYC. We are eager to work flexibly and collaboratively. We're looking for a warm, experienced caregiver for our healthy baby who will be 12 weeks old in early December. Ideal Day: Our baby is breastfed and we follow a feeding/nap schedule (we'll share details!). Her day includes tummy time, age-appropriate play, reading and singing, and lots of outdoor time. We'd love a caregiver who engages with baby throughout the day and enjoys connecting with other caregivers and babies in the neighborhood. What We're Looking For: Someone patient who genuinely enjoys infants, encourages developmental milestones, and can share insights with us as first-time parents. Schedule: 2-3 days/week, 8am-6 p.m. (Flexible) Open to part-time nanny or nanny share
