Looking For Support Person For 6 Year Old Son In 1st Grade Classroom

Our 6-year-old son is starting 1st grade on Sept 2nd. He has high functioning autism and we're working to get a 1on1 support person for him in the classroom through an ABA agency. There will be a month or so gap from when he starts 1st grade, to when the ABA agency will be able to provide a 1on1 support person. We're looking to hire a support person to fill in that gap so that he can start 1st grade on time with the rest of his peers. We would need the support person Monday-Friday 9am-3 p.m. Experience working with kids on the spectrum is preferred, but not required. Main responsibilities would be to support him in staying with his class and support him in participating in any activities his class is engaging in.
