Nanny Needed For Newborn In Philadelphia

I'm a first time mom working remotely from my home in Philadelphia. I will be returning back to work in June and need a full time nanny to watch my newborn son who is 3 months old. I will be at home working most of the time on frequent calls, but may have to travel to New York for client meetings occasionally. I'm looking for a caring, patient, engaged, and compassionate nanny with experience working with newborns that is available Tues-Friday 8:30a- 5:30p but hours may vary. My son is a preemie so someone with a medical background or education/ training in child development is a plus. Also light housekeeping, and meal prep is welcomed but not required.
