About the job
I have three children, 9, 7 and 4. Both my girls are 9 and 7, and my son is 4. They are great, smart, and caring kids, but will also break out in tantrums. My 7-year-old may be the first female running back in the NFL one day, but she has the biggest heart. My 4-year-old has trouble falling asleep, so you may need to lay with him. My 9 year is very smart and will try to help, and she's wise beyond her years.
