Part Time Nanny For Curious Toddler And Grumpy Infant

Need someone with prior experience with toddlers and infants at the same time. My 2-year-old is currently down to one nap per day with a schedule that includes sensory bins, flash cards, paints, coloring, and crafts. He'll need to be fed mornings and afternoons after his nap. My 4-month-old is currently experiencing feed issues we're hammering out so watching him will be around his feeds as he's solely breastfed at the moment. I'm big on tummy time and practicing rolling and fine motor skills for him right now. I am working at home until January so there'll be a transition period with me around then I'll be gone. Respect and acknowledgement. My 2-year-old son needs to know when to listen when an adult tells him to eat or do an activity as much as the adult needs to work with my son to better navigate his outbursts and frustrations (he's a big hugger). We see our boys as little people, they don't know it yet but one day they will be just like all other adults and we want to provide them the bests mindset we can by providing a safe, firm, and open environment for them to grow in. My 4-month-old loves connecting rings and being on his belly. My 2-year-old loves blankets and organizing and exploring. Both boys are big cuddlers. My 2-year-old needs help with learning communication and directions along with consequences. A more direct goal for him right now is potty training. My 4-month-old needs help with bottle feeding, movement, and fine motor skills. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience and daycare experience. That kind of background promotes familiarity with the eventual transition both boys will need once they go to daycare. We're also looking for someone with understanding of families of multiples and the challenges that come with that. We have parking. We have cats. They're all decently behaved. We're currently trying to teach our calico when to walk away from the 2-year-old when she needs alone time.
