About the job
He has special needs, He would need to picked up from the bus at 2:30-2:50, must bring him inside make him a dish of his choosing, most of afternoon is him listening to ASMR or Music, he does blast the music but he will listen to you telling him to turn the volume down, he will have to do dishes every day and may need a little help with redirection if he gets distracted, you must be comfortable with holding hands, giving hugs, and sometimes he will feel frustrated and will start crying, this is due to feeling stressed/lack of understanding, he occasionally has a Behavioral Specialist come and help him with Behavior and Daily Structures
