Nanny Needed From Tues-Fri Afternoons

Hi! Our situation is a little complex. I am about to start a new career and my husband works 2nd shift. We are looking for a nanny to relieve my husband around 2:30 p.m. and watch our 3-year-old daughter until I return to work. Should be between 5:30-6:30 p.m. We also have 3 older children (two 11-year-old boys and a 7-year-old boy) that get off the bus around 3:45. The older 3 are completely self-sufficient and help with the 3-year-old, but would also need supervision. The nannying would have to be in our home, as that is where the kids get off the bus. We have no pets and don't expect much cleaning, as the 3 older children do chores when they get home from school. Willing to discuss pay, as it is a unique situation. Looking for someone trustworthy and reliable.
