About the job

He tends to very clingy with me. I work from home a lot but his constant attention seeking makes it difficult for me to do my work. He is in foster care which will hopefully lead to adoption in the coming months. He has possible PTSD, an adjustment disorder, and high functioning autism/intellectual disability. He is biologically 12 years old but his mentality is significantly younger. He has supervision needs as well as need for more social opportunities. Due to his last placement, he is a bit addicted to electronics and it would be better for him to do more than just watch videos all day. He loves sports and music. I would like for someone caring for him to also read up on his IEP and help him with learning so we can raise his level a bit higher over the summer. I would love it if he learned how to read fluently.
