We are a friendly family in Malvern, PA looking for a caring and reliable person to help with our 12-year-old son, who has autism. The main need is after-school care Monday through Thursday, with pickup at 3:00 p.m. in Malvern and staying with him until about 5:30/6:00 p.m. Responsibilities include school pickup, providing supervision and companionship, and engaging him in calm, structured activities. If you are available to come earlier to help with light household tasks, that would be an added plus but is not required. We are flexible if you can only do a few days per week. We are looking for someone patient, understanding, and dependable who enjoys spending time with children and can provide a safe, supportive environment.
