4 Month Old Infant Care - Older Kid "oversight"

We are looking for help Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for June/July while I complete a job orientation. After that, days/hours will be flexible as I will have more control over my schedule! Infant care is primarily needed - we have a 4-month-old daughter. Responsibilities would include bottle feeding, nap time, and awake time (walks, reading books, playing on the floor etc). We do have three older boys (10, 12 and 14) who may need help with lunch prep. The boys typically do not need assistance beyond meal prep/oversight. Ideal nanny will be flexible, outgoing, intuitive, and honest. Must be a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, and CPR certified is a huge plus!
