Part-Time Infant Caregiver Needed For Work-from-Home Mom

Starting Dec 8, we're looking for a kind, nurturing caregiver to love on our sweet 9-month-old. I work from home and need someone with a flexible schedule--primarily Mondays for 2-3hours (flexible) and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45am-4 p.m. with some flexibility as my work schedule can shift (about weekly hours 21. 75) We're looking for someone who is patient, can put her down for naps, feed, play/entertain her during wake times. I'll be home and available between meetings, so you won't be on your own--but I'll need your support so I can focus during work hours. We have two friendly small dogs (a pug and a cockapoo), so being okay with pets is a must. Light tidying during baby's naps/playing independently or when she's with me is appreciated. We do have a baby monitor camera in use, so comfort with that is important too.
