Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Lancaster

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. My son is just over 3. 5, full of energy, and excited to play. My sweet baby girl is 8 months old, super pleasant, and very go with the flow. Mom and dad both work full-time and are looking for full-time childcare in our home from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who is caring, fun, and invested in play-based learning. We would love to work with our nanny in planning structured outings and activities for the kids so that they have opportunities to play with other children and are not stuck at home. Reliable car is a must. We are not looking for someone to clean our home but prefer someone who is tidy and will pick up after the kids each day and be willing to throw in a load of (kids) laundry here and there to help out.
