Part Time Nanny For 2 Active Toddlers

We are searching for a nanny for our daughters, S. and S. Our girls have had in home childcare since they were born, and we would love to be able to keep it that way. I (Miranda) work from home but do have to attend events and run errands, etc so I'm not always home, I have private office space in the house. We do have 1 dog who is mostly kept away from the kids and stays in my office with me all day. We would like someone for 2-3 days, but the days and time can be pretty flexible, we can mostly make a schedule work around what days you are available! (It will need to be consistent once those days are established). Our goal would be for this person to be with the girls until S. goes to school and maybe even occasional babysitting after that point.
