Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in a childcare setting. Ability to create a structured yet flexible daily routine. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and organized with attention to detail. Physically able to lift, carry, and play with young children. Non-smoker. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation is required). CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
