Looking for a steady and dependable nanny for my 2 children in Glen Mills. We are an active family and want someone who compliments that. I parent somewhere in the gentle parenting realm where I don't believe in yelling, but teaching right from wrong is important in a calm and supportive way. We limit screen time, but together TV time happens daily (no phones when we are together). Now: Get to know the oldest with weekdays 4:30-7:30 and weekends. Very flexible as we don't need the help, but want a connection between the 2 of you before the baby arrives in Sept. Can pick up household duties if looking for hours. Starting Sept: The baby is due and will need more help. 2nd shift, like 2 p.m. till bed (8-ish) and some weekend time. Flexible on coordinating weekends and evening. Live-in private accommodations available. All utilities incl.
