Looking for a flat weekly rate rather than per hour. We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Fayetteville. My work hours can sometimes vary so need someone who's willing to be flexible. We would prefer someone who could help out with making meals/snacks for the child when required and work with us on milestone goals. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with cats and dogs.
