We are a professional family seeking an experienced nanny for our 2-year-old and 4-month-old. This is a true part-time role with guaranteed hours and a predictable schedule. Schedule: 24-28 guaranteed hours/week across 3 weekdays (days vary but are consistent week to week). Typical shifts are 8 hours. Availability window is 8:00 am6:30 p.m. on workdays. Fridays off. Occasional extended day: 1-2 times per month, one day (typically Tuesday) may be up to 10-11 hours with advance notice. Hours are balanced within the same week. Schedules are provided up to one month in advance. Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience, guaranteed weekly pay, pro-rated paid time off, and paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday. Responsibilities: Infant and toddler care, feeding, naps, play, simple toddler meals, and light child-relate
