Seeking an energetic nanny who loves children and devoted to their development. Looking for a full time (on average, 40 hours a week) nanny to grow with our family that includes a nearly 1-year-old, and nearly 3-year-old. Ideal future nanny would have the following qualities: - Silly and willing to interact in a fun way with children - Expertise with both babies and toddlers - Cares about child's development. Even though were at home, would be open to creating some structure with activities. - Someone who doesn't like being bored, is motivated, hardworking and reliable yet also flexible - Comfortable driving children with clean record - have good judgement and #1 priority to keep children safe Children are #1 priority, but while children are napping/older child at school, we are seeking someone to help out with household tasks
