Weekdays: - My 9-year-old is in school from 845-345 Mon thru Fri. He usually comes home and decompresses from his day until 530 p.m. then starts homework. Shower, gets ready for next day, We usually have a late dinner (between 730-845) and then bed by 930 p.m. With all that's been on my plate bedtime has been flexible but I'd like help with keeping a stricter schedule to make 930 p.m. a hard bedtime. - My 11-month-old is usually rotated between my husband and I throughout the day as we both work from home. She eats every 3-4 hours with play time mixed in between and usually has a morning nap for about 2 hrs. She may nap in the afternoon but it depends.
