We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. I am a nurse who works a varied schedule. We have a few different needs. Let me know if one or more of these times work for you! -Someone to watch the kids on my work days. Hours would be 7AM-5:30 p.m. We currently only need one to two days per month with those hours. -Someone with availability for a few hours here and there for times when I have appointments that I can't bring the kids to. -Someone for date nights or weekends -Someone for Friday mornings 9:15-11 a.m. to watch just the baby. We are looking for someone with experience caring for multiple children at once, especially 2 under 2. We use a loose Montessori approach to raising our kids: encouraging independence, mutual respect, hands on learning.
