I work fully remote, and by busiest days are typically Tues/Wed/Thurs. I am open to flexibility- I just want to ensure baby girl is able to be attended to when I am on calls, etc. My priority is for a caretaker who is reliable, honest, and loving. Additionally, newborn care/development would be helpful. I would greatly appreciate someone who has experience with tummy time/developmental stages etc. I tend to keep my household and health very natural, and intend to do that as much as possible with baby girl too. I would also be willing to compensate additionally if you are willing to help with basic chores around the house for her such as laundry, dishes, etc. I intend to use cloth diapers, supplemented with organic diapers, too. I believe that spending time in nature is critical for health and development. I have a large backyard area.
