About the job

I work from home full time and my husband works from home 2-3 days/week. Our son is currently in daycare, but we would like to have him home with more personalized care. He is currently 9 months old. I am looking for someone who will be actively engaged with him throughout the day, reading, teaching, and playing with him. We would also love for him to spend time outdoors. He is eating both bottles and solids throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with feeding a baby who is learning how to eat solid foods. My work schedule is M-F with varying flexibility. Most days I will need coverage from 9am-2 p.m. There may be days I need additional coverage (anywhere from 8am-5pm) or days I need less coverage (doctors appts, off from work, etc.) I will communicate these changes as early as possible.
