Regular Part-time Nanny (or Full-time Split With Another Family)

We are looking for someone to help our family in Bala Cynwyd on weekday afternoons. The main responsibility is afterschool care for our 8-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son - picking them up from the bus at around 4, supervising homework/chores/play, helping prep their meals/snacks, and doing some driving to/from activities. Ideal hours would be approx 3-6pm, with a later evening occasionally. We hope to find a great fit who can stay for the long-term (at least a year). Start date is flexible but it would be great to have some overlap with our current nanny who can help with the transition before they stop working regularly in early May. There is also a possibility to make it a full time position, splitting with close family friends who need a nanny for their newborn and toddler in the morning/early afternoon on weekdays.
