Nanny (Long-Term) 1 Infant 3 Flexible Days Per Work Week (8:30am-4:30pm)

We are looking for someone to come to our home 3 days per workweek to watch our 3-month-old son from about 8:30 a.m. to about 4:30 p.m. I work from home on another level of the house 4 days/wk (but will not interact with the nanny) and will be out of the house 1 day a week. Baby's nursery is in an in-law suite on the first floor. We have a gentle dog, no other children and would like someone experienced caring for newborns. He was born a micro-preemie and is very vulnerable to sickness, so it is important that the caregiver do their best to remain free of sickness. The start date is the beginning of June (flexible). Toddler development is a plus (i. e. communication, sleep training, baby-led weaning). Infant CPR is desired. Aside from Wednesdays, we are flexible on the 2 other days. A long-term commitment is key.
