We have a 20-month-old daughter and our neighbor has a son just 2 months younger. We are looking for a nanny share. We are looking For part time to full time hours. Most days you would have both kids for at least 2 hours and sometimes more. We both have playrooms and big yards for the kids to play in ands you'd be welcome to go back and forth between the houses. We see our nanny as a member of our family and are looking for someone who connects with our kids and can provide and fun and safe environment for them to learn and play.
