This is for an 81-year-old lady in the Dalles. Although she had her son and her brother who live with her, they give her almost zero help. She needs to go to the grocery store, although she is in a wheelchair, but can get herself from a car into an electric grocery store wheelchair. She needs some help with meal prep, feeding her animals, and possibly helping clean up her very messy house enough so that she isn't stuck living in only her bedroom.
