Caretaker For My Disabled Son In Springfield

Im looking for a couple of caretakers long term for my son. Must be willing to go through online training & background check. He is developmentaly delayed. He is very verbal despite having moments of frustration when he struggles to communicate effectively or loss of gross motor skills. I need someone to provide him support when he gets out of school with his routine and a few appointments each week which will include transportation, verbal reminders and social cues. He enjoys minecraft and pokemon, fishing, scavenger walks around the neighborhood and to the park & going to defy to socialize. Please enquire for more details. Less or more hrs available but preferably not less. It is important that you care about your job and building a relationship with him. Thank you.
