The role focuses on guiding them through responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving: helping with clean-up tasks, promoting cooperation, and supporting language as conflict arises. Light housekeeping is done alongside the kids to instill responsibility, not just tidy up. Screen time is limited and used for movement or learning, so Im looking for someone active, creative, and engaged. Schedule is listed below, with every other Saturday (flexible hours), with the option of Sundays or a mix if that works better. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, has reliable transportation, enjoys working with both preschool and elementary ages, and can bring structure, patience, and fun into our weekends.
