Seeking A Positive, Active, And Playful Nanny For Two Littles

Seeking a long-term nanny to help our two daughters (3 months and 2 years) learn and grow. Our priorities include creating and exposing our kids to new experiences, outdoor play and time in nature, socialization with other children, and reading/education. We also place heavy emphasis on teaching our children to be kind and polite. As we both work, we require a nanny who is consistent, punctual, and a good communicator. Our family's schedule is especially demanding in the summer and early fall; as such, we are seeking someone who we can rely on at all times of year but especially during these months. Our older daughter will likely be in daycare 2 to 3 days a week starting in January 2026 so this position would entail both kids 5 days a week until then. We are offering $20/hr for 1 child and $23/hr for both.
