Long Term Nanny From Jan

About the job

I am looking for a nanny who can lead and support my active son's daily activities. He likes a schedule and needs meals and naps on time, but in between he moves from one activity to another like kicking or running behind a ball, reading while looking at pictures, or doing stimulating tasks. He's at a stage where he's learning new motor skills like fitting lids on bottles, clapping, signing, and pushing buttons. We need someone who can keep him engaged and follow him as he moves and explores. We would need a nanny from Mon to Fri until around 5 p.m. , and hope for someone confident taking him outdoors if the weather allows. Whether that's the zoo or simple nature walks. If all five days aren't available, we are open to splitting the schedule between two nannies.
