We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Portland! We are a two mom home teaching our children that we love and respect everyone. We are looking for someone who is confident in creating a structured routine for our twins. Our schedule can be very flexible, and can change week to week if needed. We have 3 dogs who maybe need to be let out to go potty but they are not your responsibility. I work out of the house Mon-Fri and my partner works from home Tue & Thur. Your help will primarily be for her. We respect your time while here so there will be no hovering unless of course you need support. We do firm, positive, redirection but are also teaching our children to be respectful and that there can be consequences for their actions. We are looking for long term and want to make you feel like an extension to our family.
