Full-time 40hrs, special needs nanny in SW Portland - 14-year-old boy (spec needs, attends public school) and 11-year-old girl. Schedule is flexible; ideally Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Parents work full time as physical therapists in their own clinic in PDX. Morning: Nanny gets kids ready and to school and assists with light housekeeping and other errands. Afternoon: nanny picks kids up from school & drives to activities and therapies. The boy uses a walker & benefits from the use of a fully accessible home with robotics; needs assistance with dressing, transports, helping him with homework and other tasks after school. Nanny coordinates care/school schedules and establishes relationships with teachers, aids, and therapists.
