In-Home 12-Month-Old Care In NE Portland

Hello! We (Willa and Tyler) are looking for a caregiver for our 12-month-old daughter, T. (We've had a nanny for 8 months, but she is moving away from Portland.) Care would be at our inner NE home, five days a week from roughly 8:45 am-2:45 p.m. starting at the end of May/beginning of June. Our ideal caregiver has experience with infants/toddlers; is attentive, warm, and patient; is highly communicative and reliable; enjoys spending time outdoors; and is willing to integrate into our family and home. Must be a non-smoker and with reliable transportation. Willa works from home and plans to continue breastfeeding when possible, so she will be around during the day to spend time with T.
