Assistance With Morning Daycare Drop-off + Weekend Babysitting/backup Care As Needed

We have a sweet, energetic 2-year-old. He is in full-time daycare, but we both work full time and unfortunately, don't have family in the area. We hope to expand our village a bit, and would someone to come to our home 2-3 days/week (we are hoping Monday, Tuesday and Friday) to do daycare drop-off in Bethany. This would be about 1 hour, with a 7:45 a.m. arrival (we can have him fed and dressed), a few minutes to get into the car, and a 20 minute drive to daycare. We can provide a car seat, but need someone with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. For 3 days/week, we will pay $90 weekly, which should cover a $25/hour rate + gas. Ideally, we would also love 1 weekend night/month, to cover dinner, bath + bedtime, and stay for a couple of hours after bedtime. For this, we would pay $25/hour.
