Potentially Awesome Multi Family Nannyshare Situation For The Right Candidate!

Hiya! I am part of a small group of neighbors/moms looking to set up a nanny-share. Ideally this would be one nanny willing to work at least 3 days a week with a rotating schedule of 1-3 babies at a time. 5 babies total, never more than 3 at one time, often just 2 at a time. All babies know each other and are between 3-8 months old at this time. We would prefer no screens, organic food only, (mild meal prep of solids as babies get older) RIE/Montessori aware, and a background in child development and/or a wealth of nannying experience. Potential for taking 2 babies to the nearby park/on a walk. Read books, do crafts/sensory experiences, and provide lots of monitored safe play. Unsure what pay/benefits would look like in a position like this, there's the potential for a lot of work between all 5 families, with some scheduling flexibility.
