Seeking Arabic Speaking Nanny In NE Portland

Hello! We are looking for part time care starting in mid August. We have some flexibility with the schedule but we imagine between 12 and 18 hours a week (days/times negotiable). My partner is Egyptian and we would love to find a nanny who was fluent/conversational in Arabic! We are also interested in someone who has experience with Montessori and gentle parenting strategies (or someone who is willing to learn!). About us: Our baby is 4 months now, so will be 10 months in August. I am a teacher and my partner works at a non-profit. We really value open and clear communication and we'd love to find someone who can commit to at least one school year with us. We can offer $22 - $25 per hour (depending on experience) for care of our baby, or a higher rate $30-$34 for a nanny share situation (if that's something you're interested in).
