We’re looking for a kind, engaging childcare provider to care for our baby girl (she’ll be around 10 months old) while I work from home. The ideal person brings warmth, patience, and positive energy to the day, is reliable and communicative, and genuinely enjoys being part of a baby’s growth and development. Mom works from a home office, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with that setup and confident managing the day independently. We follow a school-year schedule, so we don’t need care during school breaks but are open to a reduced-hour schedule during those times.
