Baby Sitter For 6 Month Old - Once A Week With The Hope For More In The Future

This is our first baby! He will be a bit over 6 months old when we're hoping to have a weekly recurring babysitter (beginning of January). Developmental Milestones: He rolls both ways. He is babbling, trying to sit up/crawl, and just started solids. He is silly, sweet, and super social. He is fussy right now due to teething pain and requires extra cuddles or being held. He is a chronic 30-45 minute napper and occasionally shocks us with a 1. 5 hour nap. We have a playpen set up for him to roll around in and it keeps our dog and cat out. He is usually ready for a nap after being awake for 1. 5-2 hours. Our hope is to eventually hire our babysitter as a nanny 2-3 times a week by March.
