About the job

My husband and I are looking to hire a nanny to come to our home roughly 8am-5pm, 3 days per week (this will likely be Tues-Thurs) to care for our son when I go back to work. He will be about 3 months old. We have been told he will likely be born with bilateral clubfeet, which is a very treatable orthopedic condition as long as you stick to the treatment plan. He will likely be wearing boots and bar footgear for a majority of the day, so we'd love to have someone who is either familiar with the condition or willing to learn how to manage the footgear (which shouldn't be too difficult!). My husband is a farmer and will be on site throughout the day while working in the orchard.
