We are looking for a playful nanny for our almost 1-year-old boy. We live in Gresham near a lot of walking paths. We need someone who is very attentive, he's at the age where he's in everything he shouldn't be, and someone who likes snuggles, he needs rocked to sleep for naps. Our schedules can change without notice and because of that, we will pay a flat rate of $450 a week to ensure you'll always have pay regardless of the days we won't need care. This equals out to 26 guaranteed hours. Then we would pay $20 an hour if you work more than 26 hours. We mostly have weeks where some days we won't need care. We do have a couple of cameras in the home, only where the baby plays and sleeps.
