Part-Time Nanny For 2 Sweet Boys

Hello! I am looking for help with my 2 boys a few hours a week. I have a loving, social 8-year-old son with high functioning Autism and ADHD and an inquisitive, affectionate 3-year-old son. Both love to play and meet new people. My youngest son is in preschool from 9am-3 p.m. every weekday, my 8-year-old is transitioning to online learning. I'm hoping to find someone who can help my 8-year-old with homework and take him on outings two or three times a week, and watch both of our boys on occasional afternoons/evenings/ maybe overnights. We have two dogs (retriever and yorkie) who are great with people. Looking for someone who is upbeat, patient, calm, and likes to engage in imaginative play and conversation. Experience with neurodivergent children is ideal. We can be flexible with schedules, as my husband and I work from home.
