Looking For Newborn Care Support A Few Times/week

Looking for someone who can be an extra set of hands helping me care for our 2. 5-month-old babe a few days a week while my husband is at work. I also plan on going back to work full time remote starting in December, so care would ideally continue then. A day might look like: caring for baby while I run errands, go to therapy, do art, garden, or catch up on sleep. Could include light housework, helping meal prep or grocery shop, and joining baby and me on bigger outings like a hike or to a park. No screen time. Ideally comfortable baby wearing. Looking for someone with a can-do attitude who generally loves life, is creative, curious, and comfortable with feedback and direct communication. Bonus if you speak Spanish!
