Mon-Thur Part Time Morning Help For A 3-month Old.

I'm looking for someone to come to our home from 8:15am-12:00pm, Monday - Thursday to care for our 3-month-old while I work in the office or am away and out of the house. (On 3 of those days, (*every other week) they would be driving my step-daughter to drop off at school 2 miles away). I work from home and would be in the office working/in meetings or out of the house running errands/doing activities. Looking for someone with infant experience who is okay with a home with pets. (We have one dog and two cats).
