We are looking for a proactive, organized & energetic Family Assistant to help run our household. This is a hybrid role that combines childcare, personal assisting, household management & culinary support. We need a "right-hand" person who can pivot between picking up our child from school, managing a home project, booking travel, folding laundry & getting meals on the table. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, anticipates needs before they arise & takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly and stress-free. Key Responsibilities 1. Childcare & Family Support Pick ups and drop offs, after school care, logistics. 2. Personal Assistant & Admin Travel planning, calendaring, vendor management, errands. 3. Culinary & Kitchen Management Meal planning, groceries, cooking. 4. Housekeeping & Organization Laundry, tidying, organizing.
