Part Time Nanny Needed For 4 Month Old Son

About the job

I am looking for a nanny to take care of my son who will be four months in January. Initially it will be part time and then the hours will increase in April when I go back to work. I work remotely and I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I would like to have roughly three days of five hours. So somewhere around 15 to 20 hours a week. My family is very health conscious and non toxic, my son is in cloth diapers, and we apply a lot of Waldorf and Montessori practices. It would be ideal to find someone who is supportive of these values. I am looking for a nanny who will be actively engaged with my son as we do not do any screen time.
