About the Role: - Schedule: Approx 30 hours/week, Mon-Thur (occasional flexible Fridays). - Start Date: Early to mid January 2026 - Location: Our home in Bend, OR - Pay: $20-$27/hour depending on experience and additional skills Primary Responsibilities - Provide attentive, loving care for our infant (bottle feeding & prep, diapering, playtime, naps, etc) - Support developmental milestones with appropriate play - Engage baby in daily walks / outdoor time (weather permitting) - Light household help & potentially meal prep Qualifications - 1+ years of experience caring for infants - Current infant CPR/First Aid certification - Non-smoker - Comfortable with dogs - Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus - References from recent nanny or childcare roles
